HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – LSINC Corporation is proud to announce the promotion of three company leaders within the organization. Cody Curtsinger, Heather Gardner and Laken Laird are being promoted to vice president-level positions. “These three leaders have proven to be integral to LSINC,” says CEO Alicia Ryan. “I am thrilled to be able to reward their hard work! I also know they will help me guide LSINC through the rapid growth we are seeing across all aspects of our company.”

Curtsinger, who was the Senior Director of Engineering, will now hold a new title of Vice President of Engineering and Manufacturing. In this new role, Curtsinger will be responsible for overseeing the engineering team, machine shop, and production team.

Gardner has been promoted to the position of Vice President of Government Services. In her two years at LSINC, Gardner has proven her passion for servant leadership in the way she has led her team at the Missile Defense Agency. She will continue working with her team at MDA.

Laird, who has been at LSINC since 2015, has been named Vice President of Business Affairs. Her analytical prowess will help to guide LSINC’s future by helping to reimagine established strategies to maintain the company’s growth. In addition to providing focus on the business affairs, she oversees procurement, inventory, information technology, contracts administration, and security.

“I’m confident Cody, Heather and Laken’s backgrounds will allow them to be the leaders we need to ensure cohesive teamwork across the company,” says Ryan. “It’s impossible for LSINC to be successful without that cohesion.”
